Born in Barlovento, Venezuela. He studied in Caracas, in the School of Fine Arts 'Cristobal Rojas', in the workshops organized by the National Council of Culture. He mastered his skills in graphics in the Centre of Graphic Studies. Graduate of the Pedagogical University in Caracas (1986). He participated in numerous collective exhibitions in Venezuela, including: the National Exhibition of Young Artists, Drawing and Graphics 'Arturo Michelena, and other countries of Americas (USA, Dominican Republic, Argentina) and Europe (Spain, Italy, Belgium, France). His works can be found in private and museum collections (the Museum of Latin American Art in Washington, the Museum of Fine Arts in Caracas, the Museum of Visual Arts in Bogota, the Contemporary Art Museum of Caracas).
