Born in Bielsko-Biała, 1947, died in 2015 in Bielsko-Biała; studied at Kraków’s Academy of Fine Arts; in 1972, degree at Prof. Adam Marczyński’s painting studio.
Active in easel, architectural and religious painting, interior colouring and many kinds of designing. The main subject of her paintings is nature (often combined with Romanesque and Gothic religious architecture), keenly observed, symbolic and decorative. Characteristic of all her works is also a belief in God’s creation and restoring the lost sense to fragments of the devastated world. When designing real architecture and landscapes, she imbues them with her own awareness, faith and convictions.
Since 1992 she has participated in all exhibitions of artists from Bielsko-Biała. Since 1993 she has participated in the All-Poland Artistic Workshops in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, sometimes as their co-organizer. Numerous colour designs for buildings. Religious paintings for the Protestant church in Stare Bielsko and Catholic church in Zbaraż. Three solo exhibitions in Bielsko-Biała: in the Town Hall ('Blue', 1999), Galeria Bielska BWA ('Grey', 2002) and Teatr Polski (2009). She died in 2015.
