Born in 1935 in Trzebustka near Rzeszów. He studied at the Faculty of Acting in the National Higher School of Theatre in Warsaw
Graduated in 1961. Since 1969, member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers. Till 1983 he worked both, as an actor and a painter.
Today, he only works in visual arts, focusing on painting and drawing. He had over 25 individual exhibitions and participated in about 100 collective displays. Winner of 18 awards, distinctions and medals. His works are in many museums and collections in Poland and abroad.
