Born in Zawiercie, 1980. From 2000 to 2005 she studied under Professor Józef Knopka at the Cieszyn-based Faculty of Art of Katowice’s University of Silesia. In 2005 she received her Diploma in Graphic Art. She specializes in painting, graphics, photography, works of installation art and sewing. In her work she uses a variety of materials and tries to seek areas of privacy and achieve the authenticity of experiencing the existence of things, memories and their arrangements to allow an aesthetic experience to lead to an existential experience. This fragmented, kaleidoscopic picture of past events forming a personal pictorial diary that is enriched with images of the artist appearing in her pictures in a series of new scenes have become the hallmark of her works of art. A characteristic feature of her style is the addition of subtitles which contain her own comments expressed through a unique play on words perfectly complementing her artistic creations.
