Born in 1981 in Warsaw; graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw; honours degree under Professor Leon Tarasewicz and Dr Paweł Susid (2011); currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Media Arts in the Department of Painting Spaces under Professor L. Tarasewicz and Dr P. Susid and at the Departament of Art in the Public Spaces run by Professor Krzysztof Wodiczko (Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts); scholarships from the Intercollegiate Media Studies (2012/2013) and Association of Authors (ZAIKS) (2015). Participant of Innovating Communication Science workshops at Medical Museums, Leiden (the Netherlands, 2014) and artistic residency in Litomyšl (Czech Republic, 2015). Polish representative of the 4th Biennale of UNESCO – Art Camp 2014 in Andorra. The artist creates paintings, installations and site-specific works addressing the issue of identity and post-memory; her pursuits include art science and historical reconstruction which “expand memory space.”
