Born in 1988 in Elbląg. Degree in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under Associate Professors Marek Szymański and  Grzegorz Bednarski in 2013. Currently a PhD student of environmental studies at his alma mater. Grants from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2016, 2012). Mayor of the City of Kraków (2015); the Sapere Auso Fellowship, Kraków (2012); the Maria Anna Siemieńska Grazella Foundation, the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (2011); Professor Janina Kraupe-Świderska, Kraków (2011).

Winner of the main award in the 2015 New Image/New Look competition, Gallery of the University of Arts in Poznań; second prize at the Leon Wyczółkowski Polish National Painting Competition, District Museum, Bydgoszcz (2014); Grand Prix of the Franciszka Eibisch Foundation, Warsaw (2013); the Audience Award and Honourable Mention at the National Review of Painting Young Blood, Art Gallery Socato, Wrocław (2013); honourable mention at the National Painting Competition PROMOTIONS 2013, Art Gallery in Legnica. Winner of a statutory distinction and an award from the Editorial Board of 'Format' Artistic Magazine in the 44th Painting Biennale Bielska Jesień 2019, Galeria Bielska BWA, Bielsko-Biała (2019).
