She was born in 1979 in Warsaw. She is a graduate of art history at the University of Warsaw (2004). In 1995–2002, she studied painting and drawing in the departments run by Edward Dwurnik and Teresa Gierzyńska.

Participant of the residency program at the Stiftung Laurenz-Haus (Basel, 2004–2005). Finalist of the Henkel Art. Award competition (2008).

Solo exhibitions, including 'Twelve husbands of Apolonia' at the Krupa Gallery (Warsaw, 2019); Pola Dwurnik at Daniel Benjamin Gallery (London, 2018); 'Meet the Artist' at Galeria Bielska BWA (Bielsko-Biała, 2018); Langwidere Series at Idea Fixa Gallery (Basel, 2017); 'A Song About a Doctor and Other Drawings' at the Wrocław Contemporary Museum (2016); 'I Had a Boyfriend from Zielona' at BWA Zielona Góra (2007); 'Apolonia’s Erotic Garden' at the MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art (Kraków, 2012); 'Morphology of the Floor' at the Art Gallery. J. Tarasina (Kalisz, 2015).

She has participated in a number of group exhibitions, including 'Art in Art' at the MOCAK Museum of Contemporary Art (Kraków, 2017); 'Polish Painting of the 21st Century' at the Zachęta National Gallery of Art (Warsaw, 2006); 'Like a Rolling Stone' at the Polish Sculpture Center (Orońsko, 2009), 'Ode to the Body' at Daniel Benjamin Gallery (London, 2021); 'Boasts and Threats' in Trafostacja Sztuki in Szczecin (2017).
