Piotr Kłosek – born in 1957, artist photographer.
He began his professional career in 1978 with his ongoing collaboration with 'Jazz Forum-International', author of photographs and designs for over 200 album covers for jazz and classical music.
The award-winning album 'Crucified' with his photographs of a collection of crucifixes from the Picture Gallery in Lvov was recognised as an innovative and groundbreaking publication.
A member of the Union of Polish Art Photographers since 1995, he has taught photography at the Warsaw Film School and the ZPAF Photography Studio.
He has been living in Krakow for several years, where he works on album publications related to art and architecture. In 2010, two new albums with his photographs were published - 'Wawel' and 'Pszczyna Castle'.
He has had many solo exhibitions, including in Warsaw at the KMPiK Eastern Wall, SARP Gallery – India and Nepal, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and at the Studio Gallery of the PKiN, in Paris at the Salon European du Jazz and in Ingolstadt, Bavaria.
