Born in 1959 in Bestwina. He studied at the Katowice Faculty of Graphics of hte Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Degree in Graphic design under the supervision of doc. Gerard Labus and in painting under the supervision of Prof. Roman Nowatorski, obtained in 1983. He was involved in the activities of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers but did not become its formal member until in 2014 (membership card No: 20891). He works in painting, drawing, graphic design, satirical illustrations. Winner of many distinctions and awards, his works belong to many private collection in Poland and abroad.
