Born in 1948 in Gdańsk. Graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, degree obtained in 1977 in the studio of Prof. Stanisław Borysowski. Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Institute of Painting. He teaches painting and drawing to students of the III and IC year. Member of Toruń branch of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers, the Gdańsk Society of Friends of Fine Arts and the “Toruń School Artists” association. Stipendiary of the Minister of Culture and Arts in 1984. He works in easel painting, watercolor painting, crayons, collages, assemblage and drawings.
