Karol Bagiński – born in 2002 in Warsaw. He paints and creates painterly objects.
He graduated with a degree in cultural studies from the University of Warsaw (2024). Since 2025, he has been studying at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam.
In 2025, he had his first solo exhibition at the Stooge Gallery in Berlin. Also in 2025, he won the grand prize in the first edition of the “Projekt Garaż” competition at the Molski Gallery in Poznań; that same year, he received a jury honorable mention at the 47th Painting Biennale Bielska Jesień 2025 in Bielsko-Biała. He co-organized the “Gang Pinokio” exhibitions in Warsaw and Copenhagen. From 2021 to 2025, he co-led the “Kinarocz” film club within the Narocz 13 collective.
In his work — as a creator of painterly and sculptural objects — he develops expressive and symbolic forms.
