In the central part, pink lightened to near white, growing darker on the outside and turning into dark pink outlining a large, irregular oval on a black background. On the oval, there are blue, black and gray shapes and stains representing eyes, nose and mouth. At the tip of the oval is a bump, partially obscured by dark green on the left. The green splash falls like a wavy strand of hair over the left eye. There is also a second green strand, further to the left, snaking its way beyond the oval and disappearing over the edge of the painting. Partially obscuring the right eye is a black stain shaped like a curved chicken foot with three claws. In the central part of the oval is an intense light blue stain in the shape of an inverted heart which forms the outline of a nose. Above the tip of the heart and between the almond-shaped eyes is an arched line. Between them, a narrow, vertical, black line, another shorter line above the right eye. Below the heart opens a large, black hole of the mouth with a wide grey stream flowing out of it. On the stream are two white oval outlines. Underneath the stream is a green trickle. The Grey stream breaks into grey and white spray underneath the lower dark pink edge of the oval. Martyna Czech employs the language of primitive art, using shocking means of expression, which appear clumsy at first sight, with various deformities and aggressive colours. Her art carries powerful emotional messages. Similarly to other works by the artist, the painting Nobody offers scathing criticism of toxic interpersonal relationships. The painting was awarded the Grand Prix at the 42nd Biennale of Painting 'Bielska Jesień’ 2015 organized by Galeria Bielska BWA.
