Zbiór plakatów liczący 250 tytułów stworzonych na przestrzeni lat 1976 – 2024, przekazanych w darze do Kolekcji Sztuki Galerii Bielskiej BWA.
Description
A collection of 250 titles of posters by Michał Kliś created over the last half-century, from: 1976 – 2024 – original editions, advertising artistic, cultural, sporting and social events. Posters, mainly in the format 100 x 70 cm, with a small number in the size 70 x 50 cm and a few copies in non-standard formats, printed in various printing techniques: offset, silkscreen and digital printing, as well as hand-made prints.
The artist's gift includes posters designed to promote a number of events taking place in Bielsko-Biała and the region, including posters for solo presentations by Michał Kliś and exhibitions by other artists, mainly in the field of graphic design, posters and painting. The posters for cyclical artistic events such as the National Painting Exhibition Bielska Jesień – BWA Bielska Gallery, Beskid Culture Week – ROK, International Festival of Puppetry Art – Banialuka Theatre, Teatromania – Bytom, posters on papal, musical, literary, film, social, sports, propaganda and anniversary themes.

– Plakaty do wydarzeń kulturalnych, spotowych, społecznych i propagandowych były eksponowane w różnych instytucjach, a przede wszystkim w przestrzeni publicznej wielu miast w Polsce i za granicą.
